No. PodiVoice uses a warm, professional front-desk tone that can be tailored to your clinic’s wording and style. If a patient needs to speak to a person, the call can be routed appropriately rather than forcing automation.

Can PodVoice book appointments incorrectly?

PodVoice follows the booking rules you set. This includes appointment types, availability, and how new and existing patients are handled. A summary is provided after each call so you can see exactly what was booked.

What happens if PodVoice cannot answer a question or complete a call?

PodVoice is designed to handle common patient enquiries. If a call can’t be completed for any reason, PodiVoice falls back to capturing the caller’s details and reason for calling, then logs or routes the enquiry so your team can respond. Missed calls are never silently dropped.

Yes. PodVoice is built specifically for clinics using Cliniko, JaneApp, and Nookal. You do not need to change systems or move away from your existing setup or manually re-enter data.

How long does setup take?

Setup is simple and guided. Once your booking rules and preferences are confirmed, most clinics can go live quickly without technical work on their side.
